Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Deadline: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled class to receive a full refund. How to Cancel: To cancel your registration, please email producerctaylor@gmail.com with your name and order details. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the class are non-refundable. No-shows will also not be eligible for a refund or credit. Rescheduling Requests: If you provide at least 48 hours' notice, you may request to apply your payment toward a future class, subject to availability. Class Cancellations by Organizer: If the class is canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or credit toward a future session. Media Release Agreement By registering for this class, you grant Charm Photography, AKA SmackDab Studios the right to photograph and/or record video of you during the session. These images and recordings may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and marketing materials. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify us in writing before the class begins at [Insert Contact Email]. By completing your registration, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
